To earn Points or participate in Surveys, you must register using your legal name, accurate home address, valid email address, and complete profile information. You must maintain the confidentiality of your password.
xiyueglobal Survey is not responsible for unauthorized account access unless caused by its own gross negligence. You agree to notify xiyueglobal Survey immediately of any unauthorized use.
Participation does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You act as an independent contractor, and Points or incentives are the only compensation provided.

Respect other members and maintain a safe, comfortable community environment.
You must answer surveys truthfully and thoughtfully. Points may be withheld for rushed, dishonest, or inconsistent responses.
Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of Points.
Content you upload (“User Content”) is considered non-confidential. By uploading, you grant xiyueglobal Survey a non-exclusive license to use, copy, store, distribute, and display the content.
xiyueglobal Survey may edit or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Survey materials may include confidential or proprietary information. You must not disclose, copy, or reuse this information outside the Survey. Violations may result in account termination or legal action.
Points are credits earned through authorized participation, redeemable for cash or rewards.
You may earn Points by completing Surveys or providing profile information. Not all members qualify for every Survey. Disqualification may occur when answers are inconsistent, dishonest, abusive, or fail quality checks.
Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Accounts inactive for 12 months will also lose all Points.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in account closure and forfeiture of Points. Legal action may be taken to recover damages.
Points cannot be transferred, sold, or used as collateral. They have no cash value outside the Program.
The Points Program may be changed or discontinued at any time. If discontinued, you will have 30 days to redeem any remaining Points.
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws. No copying, distribution, or modification is allowed without written permission.
The Site and Program are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Points do not represent bank deposits or monetary instruments. xiyueglobal Survey disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data.
The maximum liability of xiyueglobal Survey is limited to the retail value of the reward in dispute. No liability is assumed for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify xiyueglobal Survey against all claims or damages arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your account anytime at xiyueglobalsurvey.com by navigating to: Account Details → Unsubscribe Options → Cancel Your Account. Once canceled, all remaining Points are forfeited.
You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on earned rewards. Required tax information may be provided to authorities.
xiyueglobal Survey is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party websites linked on the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Venue for injunction relief is San Diego County, California.
Arbitration is confidential, and claims must be filed within one year. Clicking “I Agree” or similar buttons constitutes a legally binding signature.
